Had mice in my kitchen, called Ian and he came ad soon as he could, applied the necessary treatment, payed 2 visits, and it seems to have sorted the problem.

I found Ian on google, and after ringing him he was at my house 2 hours later. Cannot say better than that really. We had bee's nesting in our garden and were concerned for our young daughter playing out there. Ian was helpful, polite and informative. The bee's were gone in under half hour. Cheers Ian.
Fast response to call out,gave reassurance about mice being in the property and as a precaution baited in several areas, upon recent checks by myself no bait has been taken so Ian's job was well done!
A huge thanks to Ian, he came out to my house within a short time of being called, he promptly put my mind at rest but set traps as a precaution. He returned within a couple of days to find nothing, a huge relief to me, I needed reassurance & that is what I got, along with prompt efficient service.
I currently Let out properties within Bolton, Westhoughton & Preston and have used Ian Smith Pest Control on quite a few occasions, mainly for wasps rats and bed bugs, as my timescales are short between each tenant, Ian has come out within a couple of days (more often on the same day) and the treatments have always been professional, successful & extremely reasonable, I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to say how pleased I was with the service provided by the firm. I had a pest problem in one of my rented properties between Christmas & New Year. I called the council but they were closed for the holidays and I had to leave a message on the answering machine. They promised to call back on 2nd January. Ian's firm came next day and over a 2 week period eradicated the problem. PS I am still waiting for the call back from the council
